If you notice brake fluid leaking from the rear of your car, or a soft, spongy brake pedal, it may be time to replace your wheel cylinders. Aside from not doing its job, a leaky cylinder can allow air into the brake hydraulics, causing that soft pedal. This is the genuine, original equipment (OEM) replacement left (US Driver's) side cylinder. Be sure to inspect the brake hose while you inspect the cylinder!
Note:
The emergency brake bracket on both left and right wheel cylinders has the letter "R" stamped on it. Nissan stopped using the "L" stamped version many years ago. Your wheel cylinders should be mirror opposites from each other when compared side by side.
