Where is my tracking information?
You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships with a link from the shipping company letting you know exactly when to expect it. Please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.
Do you show inventory levels on the website?
We do NOT. We advertise availability. “Out of Stock” means that we cannot get the item, therefore it cannot be ordered.

You will notice that on every product purchased in the online store you have the option of purchasing "ShipInsure Package Protection." By adding this you are now insured for damage, theft and/or loss in transit. As always, you should check your order for damage upon receiving your order. If damaged please file a claim with the shipping company BEFORE contacting us.
