I bought these when Apex Engineered first advertised these as a pre sale. When I finally came around to install them I quickly realized that these are not a plug n play install for a 240Z. The grill brackets interfere with the hinges. These were NEVER installed. I ordered these with the lighter hood struts for a carbon fiber hood.

We paired these with a gas shock to add modernization and ease of opening and closing. Plus the best part is that these are able to be serviced, simply tighten the bolts if they were to ever loosen!
We highly recommend using blue thread locker prior to a permanent installation
